The LFPAK56D half-bridge is an LFPAK package, meaning it comes with the usual LFPAK features and benefits. For example, the flexible, exposed leads for improved reliability and easy optical inspection, high-current transient robustness, and a compact footprint of 30 mm². In addition to these benefits is an internal clip connection, allowing the two MOSFETs to connect in a high-side MOSFET and low-side MOSFET combination, making a half-bridge configuration.
