LFPAK88 is suitable for a wide variety of higher power automotive applications such as power steering, braking and DC/DC converters. The low RDS(on) 0.55 mΩ part now enables new applications where very low RDS(on) is required, such as e-fuse and battery protection. LFPAK88 is also well suited to industrial applications such as battery isolation, battery powered tools, and a range of mobility applications such as e-bike, e-scooter, and wheelchairs.
