Nexperia has launched a Silicon Germanium rectifier portfolio comprising 120 V, 150 V, and 200 V rectifiers from 1 A to 3 A in the Clip-Bonded Flat Power packages CFP3 and CFP5, which are qualified two times according to AEC-Q101. By introducing this new technology next to existing Schottky and Recovery rectifiers, Nexperia gives engineers more options to choose a rectifier which allows them to optimize their design towards higher efficiency, thermal stability and space savings.
