Launched in December 2019, the i.MX 8M Nano applications processor is the third member of NXP's i.MX 8M family. Built in high-performance and power-efficient 14 FinFET technology, it brings scalable, secure, and cost-effective quad-core processing to Edge IoT devices. There are six versions of the i.MX 8M Nano with differentiated core and GPU combinations.
