In response to the requirements of high frequency compatibility from the semiconductor tester industry, Omron has developed a differential transmission relay in the 8GHz band within the G6K-RF series. The important features for this market are shown here. It can be used for ATE, various applications using differential transmission methods and other applications requiring higher frequency characteristics.
