This illustration shows connection examples for the XG series. As seen here, Omron offers a variety of solutions for both board-to-wire and board-to-board applications. The XG4M-U type, consisting of a socket and strain relief with lock, and the XG5Z/XG4Z, with simple lock, carry Omron’s original features. Additional details will be introduced later in this module.
