This is Panasonic’s Pyrolytic Graphite Sheet (PGS), which is a synthetic graphite sheet made with Polymer Film material that is put through two firing processes to create the graphite carbon array structure that can be seen in the x-y plane. This array accounts for the extremely high x-y thermal conductivity, ranging from 700 to 1950 W/mK.
