As mentioned in the previous slide, M12 push-pull housings are backward compatible with standard-thread M12 connectors. This graphic illustrates an identical mounting position between an M12 standard-thread connector and an M12 push-pull connector. The contact insert remains the same, allowing for easy integration into existing M12 device solutions.
