Renesas provides total development tools from exploration to manufacture. The red font is new tools supported from RL78/G23. The RL78/G23 supports three compilers: CC-RL made by Renesas, the LLVM/Clang made by Open Source, and the compiler made by IAR. The RL78/G23 supports CS+ and e2 studio manufactured by Renesas and embedded work bench manufactured by IAR as IDEs. It supports Smart Configurator and QE for capacitive touch as a software development support tool and µITRON and FreeRTOS as RTOS.
