This slide shows ROHM's product portfolio for high-side switches. The portfolio includes both single and multi-channel switches, along with error flag output. Customers can choose a switch based on their output current requirement. ROHM offers high-side switch ON resistance from 4 mΩ to 280 mΩ. Some of ROHM's high-side switches also have the capability of adjusting the overcurrent detection threshold.
