In summary, LEDs are being used more and more in applications to replace conventional fluorescent and incandescent lamps in the lighting market. ROHM offers two constant current power modules (BP5854W and BP5843A) that integrate many of the components needed in LED driving circuitry, as well as the BD9207FPS IC to provide high efficiency and precision LED driving. Evaluation boards are also available to test out the BP5854W and BP5843A’s capabilities.
