Displayed here are ROHM Semiconductor’s “Eco”, “Duo” and “RGB” PicoLEDs. PicoLED-Eco are single-color LEDs with guaranteed lighting specifications at a low 1 mA forward current. PicoLED-Duo combines red and green LEDs. PICOLED RGB, which integrate red, green and blue LEDs in a single package and are available in two package types: the 4-pin SMLP34RGB2W3 with a common anode, and the 6-pin SMLP36RGB2W3 featuring separate anode/cathode pins for each element.
