The Ferri-eMMC® supports the JEDEC standards of the eMMC 4.5/5.0/5.1 protocols. There are two dimensions which are 100-ball and 153-ball BGA packages. The eMMC 5.1 protocol is available with memory capacity options ranging from 16 GB up to 512 GB. It is automotive-qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 2/3 for operation at up to +105°C. Its performance is impressively fast; both data transfer rates and initialization time are more than fast enough for the next generation of automotive IVI designs.
