The VNI4140 is a 4 channel IPS that comes in two flavors. They have all the protection features, the only difference is in the current: The VNI4140 is for 0.7 A with a typical current limit of 1 A. The VNI4140K-32 is for 1 A with a typical current limit of 1.5 A. Like the VNI4120, the RDSON is 80 milliohm and has similar protections.
