The X-200 Series Slim SATA and mSATA embedded SSDs standard is ratified by JEDEC under specification number MO-297A and MO-300B. These products are designed as a cost efficient Solid State Drive alternative to larger size SSDs in embedded applications. The Slim SATA X-200s includes the same standard 22-pin SATA connector as the 2.5” drives. This allows system designers to leverage standard SATA cabling or host connections for an application.
