L37-3L is designed for applications where silicone-sensitive electronics are present. This product, although based on silicone, has low silicone oil bleed and a total mass loss (according to ASTM E595) below 0.2%. This exceptional performance allows the product to be used in areas where silicone oils could be an issue. These applications include optical devices, camera systems, and hard drives. This product offers a good alternative to silicone-free thermal interface products.
