L37-3L is designed for applications where silicone sensitive electronics are present.  This product, although based on silicone, has low silicone oil bleed and a total mass loss below 0.2%.  This exceptional performance allows the product to be used in areas where silicone oils could be an issue.  These include optical devices, camera systems, and hard drives.  This product offers a good alternative to silicone-free thermal interface products.
