TG-NSP35 is perfect for circuit boards where there are multiple component heights (the so called Manhattan Skyline) that need to be connected to a heat-sink. As the material is extremely compliant it is well suited for taking out such tolerances and filling gaps from approximately 0.25 mm to 8 mm. TG-NSP35 will also adhere to almost any surface which makes it easy to simplify the BOM.
