The TG series from T-Global forms the core of their soft thermal conductive pad products. Each member of the series has been developed to solve specific industrial problems for thermal management. All products in the series are available in standard sheets, as custom die-cuts, and on rolls, and can be supplied with an adhesive applied to either one or both sides. This increases the ease of manufacture but is not considered to be a structural adhesive.
