The following slide highlights the evaluation differences in the C, CGA, and CGJ Series. CGJ is TDK’s higher reliability MLCC family. It has AEC-Q200 and select MIL-Standard performance guarantees. As a reference point, 100% of each means every capacitor is selected for a particular test. Sampled indicates there are only “n” pieces selected for a given test. Qualification verifies that a particular test is performed once per year.
