TE’s Commercial Hand Tools combine the versatility of general-purpose service tools with the reliability and ease-of-use of many premium-grade tools. It is mostly thanks to the Standard Die Envelope technology (SDE). TE’s 75 SDE die sets are interchangeable, including those for open-barrel contacts and terminals. Additionally, many of these die sets have multiple cavities for crimping a variety of contact or terminal sizes.
