Shown on this slide is the Dynamic Series receptacle contact. This contact is made of high conductivity material to support the current rating. The anti-overstress structure design helps provide a reliable and robust contact spring. Having a box shape helps prevent damage to the contact beam. It has three points of contact which provide high electrical reliability with low insertion force, and supports low mating and un-mating forces for ease of assembly and disassembly.
