The simplified block diagram of the NFCLink architecture is shown here, where the NFC host could be an A8/A9, ARM, or other microprocessors. The NFC Controller running on an embedded MCU could be ARM, MSP430, or other MCUs. The TRF7970A is the NFC transceiver capable of communicating with passive tags, NFC enabled speakers, handsets or tablets.
