Shown on this slide is a review of the SoC device features. The F563x and the F663x are higher memory devices with up to 256 kB of flash and 16 kB of RAM, and an additional 2 kB available if the USB controller is disabled. In addition, an A/D converter, a D/A converter, as well as comparators and other features will also be incorporated as needed; such as the RTC battery backup feature which allows the consumer to swap out a system battery without losing the RTC.
