There are several MSP430FG6x device variants all of which are available today. MSP430FG6625 and MSP430FG6626 are derivatives with 64 or 128 kilobytes of embedded low power flash memory. The MSP430FG6425 & MSP430FG6426 devices offer all the features with the exception of an integrated USB interface. All four of the above device derivatives are available in either a 100 pin QFP package or a compact 113 pin BGA package.
