The LMR16010/20/30 devices are highly efficient, with low quiescent current and low dropout. They can operate at >90% efficiency with full loads. In addition, they have a 40 µA typical Iq. For loads of 3 A and 2 A dropout occurs at a Vin of less than 6 V, while the dropout for a load of 1 A occurs at a Vin of less than 5.5 V.
