Glitch capture can be used with many of the dial settings. Select the measurement function, in this example it is AC voltage. Select the GLITCH CAPTURE mode from the keypad. Adjust the trigger level slightly above the signal being displayed and watch the display for readings that are above the trigger level which indicates an unusual spike in the reading which may reveal a problem with the circuit under test.
