The thermal management model of the sensor is where the parameters of X2 are determined. The transfer function is simulated and the temperatures must be translated into electrical terms, so the voltage generated onto the NTC sensor is calculated. The thermistor model X1 accomplishes this, using the classical Steinhart and Hart coefficients and other electrical parameters, but also includes special LT SPICE functions in order to perform Monte Carlo and Worst Case Analyses.
