WE-PCM is a paraffin-based phase changing material, it will remain solid at room temperature and will enter a flow-state once a temperature over 60ºC is reached. Since it can be pre-applied to cooling assemblies, it is easier to handle in production environments than other liquid thermal interface materials. By filling even the most microscopic gaps and its thin bond-line, it provides the lowest thermal resistance in the portfolio.
