Artix^®-7 devices are part of the cost-optimized, low power segment of the AMD FPGA and 3D IC portfolio. These devices are fabricated using the proven TSMC 28nm HPL process and delivers one of the best-in-class performance-per-watt. Artix-7 uses the same proven architecture from the Kintex and Virtex families, which enables easier IP re-use and migration.
