The Virtex® UltraScale+™ foundation devices have the core Virtex UltraScale+ functionality. The 58G, HBM, and VU19P build upon that foundation, with the key distinguishing traits being that the 58G devices feature fully-compliant 58G PAM4 transceivers, the HBM devices provide some of the highest on-chip memory density, and the VU19P device is one of the industry’s highest capacity FPGAs with 9 million system logic cells.
