Wolfspeed’s 62 mm (BM2 and BM3) power module platform provides the system benefits of silicon carbide while maintaining the robust, industry-standard 62 mm module package. The BM platform is a perfect fit for applications in the industrial test equipment, railway, traction, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and solar markets. This platform offers a fast time-to-market system for customers currently using Si- or SiC- 62 mm modules.
