ACL manufactures two different formulations of Staticide® ESD Safety Shield. Product # 6300 is used on acrylic, polycarbonate, PET, PVC plastics, and others. Product #6400 is designed for use on polypropylene and some polyesters. Product #6300 can be air dried, but #6400 requires a heat cure. Staticide® ESD Safety Shield is used in a variety of settings, such as electronic device and semiconductor manufacturing, electronic assembly work areas, and production areas were conveyors are used.
