The clip-on pipe sensor provides better and more contact due to the “shoe” design. This results in better contact which improves the response time. The better response time increases overall performance of the boiler, improves overall performance, and allows for a tighter control system. This tighter control system reduces the cycles of the boiler and in return gets more efficiency out of the boiler. More efficiency equals less energy consumption.
