There are different tools available for the evaluation and set-up. For the first steps with the AS5601 only a adapter board is needed. A reference magnet is shipped with the board. The evaluation kit combines everything that is required for readout, configuration, and programming in a lab environment. It includes an USB I and P box, adapter board, and a magnet holder for the first evaluation. In addition, a reference module is available which can be used to replace a conventional potentiometer.
