In order to customize the torque and speed for the application, ebm-papst offers a variety of gearboxes with up to 70 Nm nominal torque and 150 Nm peak torque. The types of gear boxes and benefits of each will be discussed further on in the presentation. Controllers with a range of up to 1000W offer speed control, torque control, and positioning. These drives can be integrated into the motors or as shown here, can be an external component.
