ZX plugs come in two different types, direct solder and solder-to-PCB. Please note: there are several components that make up an assembly. There is the ZX40-B-5S-UNIT(01) insert/interface, a ZX40-B-SLDA top shield and ZX40-SLDB bottom shield. Each one of these components are needed to make a complete assembly. On the PCB type, the wires in the cable are soldered to the PCB and then the PCB is soldered to the ZX40-B-5S-UNIT(01) insert. Using the PCB type reduces assembly time.
