For buck-boost converters in the class of the ISL9107IR and ISL91127IR, the only real competitor is Comp D in a VQFN package. Notice the other two competitors shown are offering devices in chip-scale packaging which is not an option for most embedded customers. The ISL91127IR has better input voltage range, quiescent current, and most importantly has better efficiency than the Comp D device thanks to lower resistance MOSFETs.
