The MADL-011021 is a lead-free 1.5mm x 1.2mm TDFN surface mount plastic packaged diode limiter. This limiter provides both low and high signal frequency operation from 10MHz to 6GHz. This device has a junction capacitance of 0.4pF and resistance of 1.5 Ohms, along with a lifetime of 10nS. The performance graph in the lower right hand corner shows the product’s insertion loss Vs. its frequency. The MADL-011021 is targeted for industrial, scientific, and medical applications.
