The MIC28304 is a synchronous step-down regulator module, which incorporates a DC-DC controller, power MOSFETs, bootstrap capacitor, input capacitor bootstrap diode and an inductor in one compact package reducing system solution area up to 60%. The input supply can range from 4.5V to 70V and the output voltage is adjustable down to 0.8V. The module operates with programmable switching frequency from 200kHz to 600kHz.
