Another major design consideration is minimizing radiated and conductive EMI from switch mode power supplies. The part allows close decoupling of the input and output of the regulator to reduce conductive EMI. Since the major components are packed into a small module package, radiated EMI is minimized as the device meets the CISPR22 CLASS B standard with plenty of margin.
