The KA features NXP’s new RS08 core utilizing a 1.8V to 5.5V voltage supply, 1K or 2K Flash, and 63 B RAM. It also has full rail-to-rail supply operation and can still operate while in STOP mode. The KA comes with an internal clock source that can operate up to 10MHz with 2% deviation over the full temperature and voltage range.
