The MC9S08JM16 (JM16) family based on the S08 core further extends the low end 8-bit USB solutions in NXP USB controller continuum. The JM16 features up to 16KB of flash memory, a full speed USB device and a 12-channel, 12-bit analog-to-digital converter. It also has several system protection features such as low voltage detect and a Computer Operating Properly (COP) module.
