Two drink dispenser block diagram examples are shown on this slide. The upper block diagram is for a liquid soft drink dispenser, not the can type. Because the standard power supply is 24 V in a vending machine, 24 V stepper motors and brush motors are used to control the amount of syrup and carbonated water, and to release the cup. In the coffee dispenser example, 24 V motors are used to measure and move the powder.
