In summary, Thermal Gap Pads, which Chomerics BRANDS as Therm-A-Gap™, have standard thicknesses of 0.200” [5.080 mm] as given in the Chomerics Data Sheets and may have non-standard options thicker than this value. Also note, that Chomerics test equipment has a minimum pressure threshold of 10 psi. So, low pressure testing can not be done in house. Steel Rule Die cut Thermal Gap Pads can show a beveled edge as the part thickness grows.
