The BD9P233MUF-CE2 is a Iow IQ buck DC/DC converter featuring 3.3V output. This synchronous rectification buck DC/DC converter utilizes light load mode (LLM) to ensure low power consumption and high efficiency at both light and heavy loads. A P-channel FET adopted at the high side makes it possible to achieve a 100% ON duty cycle and low drop out operation even during battery cranking.
