These devices have four channels of 16-bit PWM control. Three channels have one output each and the fourth has three outputs that can operate synchronously to one another. The three channels of PWMF, the fourth PWM module, can each have different duty cycles, as can all of the three other PWM outputs. There are multiple interrupt sources for each PWM module. Each PWM has an Emergency STOP and Emergency STOP interrupt.
