ROHM’s DFN5060 MOSFETs are in a 5 x 6 x 1 mm package. Shown here are the MOSFETs designed for load switch and DC/DC switching converter applications. The NMOS have drain-to-source voltages (VDSS) from 30 V to 40 V with drain currents (Id) up to 80A. The NMOS for load switches have a lower RDSON while the NMOS’s designed for DC/DC switching converters have a lower gate charge (Qg).
