ROHM’s DFN3333 MOSFETs are in a 3.3 x 3.3 x 0.8 mm package. Shown here are the MOSFET's designed for DC/DC switching converter and load switch applications. The MOSFET has drain-to-source voltages (VDSS) from 30 V to 40 V with drain currents (Id) up to 30A. The MOSFETs for DC/DC switching converters have a lower Qg while the NMOS’s designed for load switches have lower RDSON.
