H48-2K is a silicone based thermal interface material with a thermal conductivity of 1.8 W/m.k and is available in roll form with thicknesses of 0.1, 0.15, 0.2, and 0.3 mm. The 0.1 mm thick product offers excellent thermal performance and allows the product to be used in a number of demanding thermal applications. It is also one of the thinnest commercially available gap fillers in the market place.
